The archaeological site

It is the most famous and most visited site, located at the top of the promontory of Punta dell'Epitaffio, a position that is certainly not accidental, chosen by the emperors to entertain their most prestigious guests.

The main room is a large banquet hall, reachable directly by sea: after disembarking from the small boat, one could dine lying on comfortable beds, surrounded by water and numerous statues.

Many of these were found during excavations and are now visible in copies that have been replaced where they originally stood.

There are many areas that can be seen on this archaeological site: the main road that crossed Baia, the Via Herculanea, the shops that overlooked it and two small thermal facilities, embellished with marble floors.

An easy-to-access experience

This experience is suitable for everyone, adults and children, with a difficulty classified as low. We are here to ensure that your adventure is safe and exciting, both diving and snorkeling.

• Boat transfer to the archaeological site, less than five minutes away by boat
• Expert guide, who will accompany you during the experience
• Changing room and showers, to ensure you the best possible comfort
